My intention for Food Crush is to share recipes and techniques for every level of cook, which means teaching the basics.

There’s no shame or intimidation when learning the basics. Don’t feel bad or alone, heck, no one taught me how to cook stovetop rice growing up. So I decided to not only teach myself but others too!

All the recipes in this series are the foundations toward more elaborate meals, that you will soon be able to execute.

Food Crush is more than just cooking and food, it’s creating self-esteem, memories, self-worth and practicing a healthy lifestyle.
