A popular, citrusy, and floral classic tequila cocktail. How to make an El Diablo.
Level of difficulty: Beginner
Glass: Collins (or just use what you got!)
Garnish: Typically lime wedge. (I used a fresh spring of thyme for an aromatic touch)
Occasion: Summertime, or the holidays because of it’s pink hue and berry flavor.
How to make: Combine tequila, lime juice, agave (optional if you like it sweet), and creme de cassis (raspberry liqueur) shake with ice to chill. Top off with ginger beer and drizzle of cassis.
Pairing: I served this devilish drink with a BBQ pulled Chicken Sandwich
