Garlic Parm Carrot Fries

Let's be real, we ALL crave french fries!
Especially when tossed in garlic and parmesan cheese, you won't even notice you're munching a vegetable.
You may have tried sweet potato fries in the past but let's talk about these CARROT fries, these guys are packed with fiber and potassium.

Garlic Parmesan CARROT FRIES

  • 5 carrots cut into sticks
  • 1 Tbsp evoo
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Cut carrots into sticks: first cut to top and bottom off, then slice them in half, then slice those halves into half again lengthwise.
  3. In a large bowl mix oil, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and parm with carrot sticks.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  6. Serve & enjoy!
