I don’t know about you guys but I crave cookie dough on a weekly basis. Since my waist line and stomach can’t handle the store bought stuff I thought to create a guilt-free version!
This recipe takes literally minutes to make and tastes just like mom’s chocolate chip cookies!
Growing up I lived for my God Mother’s chocolate chip cookies… could be because I love sneaking the dough and licking the spoon when no one’s looking. She’s super top secret with her cookie recipe but this recipe here is dangerously close to it, not to mention these are wayyyy healthier.
Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (vegan, GF, paleo)
This safe to eat cookie dough is guilt free, is the PERFECT texture, quick to make and will bring you back to your childhood.
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- a big pinch of sea salt more to taste
- 1/4 cup or a handful of chocolate chips dairy-free if vegan
Mix together all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips. Once it's well mixed then add the chips. Serve room temp or chill in the refrigerator.
Storing: keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
