Summertime is here! A fresh, swee, sour and refreshing tequila paloma.
- 2 oz Tequila La Adelita Tequila
- 3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 lime freshly squeezed
- 1/2 agave syrup
- Soda water Topo Chico
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
Salting your rim is optional; to do so rub a juicy grapefruit wedge around the edge and dip it into a small plate full of salt.
In a shaker with ice add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar. Shake, shake, shake. Taste and adjust sweetness. Pour into a fresh glass with ice, top it off with soda water. Garnish with grapefruit wedge or fresh cilantro.
